How Do I Place An Order?

When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "Checkout" from your cart to confirm your items, and enter your shipping and payment information. Once you've verified your information is correct, click on "Place My Order" to finish.

Order Confirmations

You will receive an email confirming that famenxtshop has received your order. You will receive a second email when your order ships.

How Do I Check My Order Status?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the "Order Status" link in your order confirmation email or by going to our site famenxtshop.com and clicking "Order Status" on the top of the home page.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order Once It Is Submitted?

All items are made to order, once an order is submitted, we immediately begin preparing it and therefore cannot make any changes. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.

Return/Exchange/Refund

Famenxtshop does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All of our products are made to order and all sales are final, they are created specifically upon order, and are not kept in stock. If the product you have received is defective, we will be more than happy to replace it.

I have received a defective product, what do I do now?

In case if the product you have received is defective, please contact Customer Support at support@famenxtshop.com within 15 days for details on how to go about this process. As part of the replacement, you will be required to send the defective or wrong item back to us.

What is the eligibility for replacing a defective product?

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How my items shipped?

All items are made to order. Each item is individually produced for you at the time of purchase and will usually take 3-14 days to arrive. Completed products will ship directly from the manufacturing facility based in Chatsworth, California, USA.

Note: If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple packages on different days.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In this condition, famenxtshop will not be responsible.

Due to the nature of screen to print resolution, please be aware that some color variations might occur.
